RESIDENTIAL GARDEN, STATEN ISLAND, NYC

Situated in the NYC borough of Staten Island, this couple was looking to take a former vegetable garden space and develop it into a luxury garden room. The client asked for multiple seating spaces, indigenous plantings, a formal structure to the space yet with a hint of wildness. We developed three designs, all of which they considered.. ultimately choosing one… which we built in early 2025.  Design rendering, before and after photos and video.
