ROOF GARDEN DESIGN FOR A CONDOMINIUM IN LOWER MANHATTAN, NYC

A roof garden atop a four-story condominium unit in a landmarked neighborhood of Lower Manhattan is transformed.  Programming for several users/families are taken into consideration by Todd Haiman Landscape Design for this rooftop escape.  A small vegetable garden, arbor, picnic table and sitting areas are surrounded by predominately native trees and shrubs, heirloom latticed roses and vines, perennials and annuals. Plant material in this garden design includes Pinus flexis, Juniperus sp, Clethra, Cotinus, Campsis radicans, Fothergilla, Physocarpus, Sambucus.
